For installation on Android tablets (Android 5 and above), the NetSupport School Student for Android provides educators with the capability to connect to each student device in a NetSupport School-managed classroom (requires the NetSupport School Tutor application), facilitating real-time interaction and assistance.
Key features:

<li>Student Register: Teachers can request standard and/or custom information from each student at the beginning of each class to create a comprehensive register.</li>
<li>Connecting to Students: Teachers can locate student tablets from their desktop application or allow students to connect directly to the class via their Android devices.</li>
<li>Lesson Objectives: When provided by the teacher, students are presented with current lesson details, overall objectives, and expected learning outcomes upon connection.</li>
<li>View Student Screens: View real-time thumbnails of all connected student tablets on the teacher's machine and zoom in for a closer look.</li>
<li>Watch Mode: Teachers can discreetly monitor any connected student tablet screen.</li>
<li>Sending Messages: Broadcast messages to individual students, selected students, or all tablet devices.</li>
<li>Chat: Initiate chat sessions between students and teachers for group discussions.</li>
<li>Requesting Help: Students can subtly alert teachers when they need assistance.</li>
<li>Class Surveys: Conduct on-the-fly surveys to assess student knowledge and understanding, with real-time responses shown to the whole class.</li>
<li>Question and Answer Module: Allow teachers to conduct instant assessments, verbally pose questions, and select students to respond individually or in teams.</li>
<li>File Transfer: Transfer files between the teacher's machine and individual or multiple student tablets effortlessly.</li>
<li>Lock Screen: Lock students' screens during presentations to maintain focus.</li>
<li>Blank Screen: Blank student screens for attention redirection.</li>
<li>Show Screen: Share the teacher's desktop screen with connected tablets, enabling touch-screen interactions for highlighting key information.</li>
<li>Launch URLs: Remotely open specific websites on one or multiple student tablets.</li>
<li>Student Rewards: Assign 'rewards' remotely to acknowledge positive work or behavior.</li>
<li>WiFi/Battery Indicators: Monitor wireless network status and battery strength of connected student devices.</li>
<li>Configuration Options:</ol><ol>The classroom connectivity settings can be pre-configured for each tablet or pushed out from the NetSupport School Tutor program once devices are recognized.</ol>
If you are new to NetSupport School, you will need to install the corresponding teacher app from this App Store for Android or our website for other platforms at www.netsupportschool.com. Please note that the NetSupport School Student for Android is compatible with existing NetSupport School licenses, provided there are ample unused licenses available.'
